How to Join 4-H

There is really nothing to it!  Contact the Santa Rosa County Extension office at (850) 623-3868 and tell 4-H Program Coordinator, Vickie Mullins or 4-H Program Assistant, Lauren Pace that you want to get involved in the most successful youth educational and service organization in the world! Or click on the links to print out the 4-H Enrollment Form and the 4-H Participation Form, fill them out completely and bring them by the Santa Rosa County 4-H Office located at 6263 Dogwood Drive, Milton, FL 32570. Once you've completed and submitted the enrollment form and participation form-- YOU'RE IN!  That's all you have to do!  No matter what time of year, where you are from, or how much you know about 4-H.

After you have enrolled in the 4-H program, take the advice of hundreds of thousands of 4-H alumni and members- GET INVOLVED!  Take the time to dedicate yourself to an activity that interests you.  Become an officer and gain the leadership skills you'll need to be successful in today's world.  MEET PEOPLE!  You will meet people from across your town, and across the country that have the same feelings and interests as you. You will make friends that will last a lifetime.

4-H has so much to offer that you might get dizzy trying to find everything you like.  From computers to leadership to livestock.  4-H projects cover just about every facet of the imagination that you might be interested in.

In order to be an officially enrolled member of Santa Rosa County 4-H, your enrollment and participation forms must be on file in the Santa Rosa County 4-H Office.
